Public Advisory on Scams, Fraud, and Unauthorized Use of Our Name and Trademarks

Costa Solana Resort would like to issue an important precautionary advisory to our guests and the public regarding the possibility of scams, fraudulent activities, and illegal schemes conducted by unauthorized individuals or entities who may falsely use our name. We strongly urge our guests and the public to remain vigilant and take note of the following advisories:

Unauthorized Online Offers

Any website, mobile application, or online platform claiming to provide services, reservations, or promotions under the name of Costa Solana Resort without proper authorization should be treated as suspicious and potentially fraudulent.

Illegal Selling of Hotel Rooms

We do not authorize the sale of room reservations through social media or by individuals claiming affiliation with our property. Bookings made by one person on behalf of another to avail of discounted or special rates may violate our terms and conditions.

To ensure a legitimate and secure booking, all reservations should be made directly through our official booking channels or through established and reputable travel platforms. Reservations made through unauthorized sources may not be honored and are likely fraudulent.

Illicit Sale of Services and Vouchers

Guests are advised to exercise caution when encountering offers for services such as dining, spa treatments, access to amenities, or events through vouchers, tickets, or promotions not issued by our official or authorized outlets. These may be invalid and will not be recognized.

Investment Scams

Costa Solana Resort does not solicit investments or offer financial or business opportunities. Any individual or group promoting such schemes using our name should be treated with extreme caution and reported immediately.

Unauthorized Sale of Branded Merchandise

Authentic merchandise associated with Costa Solana Resort is only available through official channels. Be cautious of individuals or groups selling products bearing our name or logo through unauthorized platforms, as these may be counterfeit.
