A Coastal Sanctuary on Pagbilao Bay
What is Costa Solana?
Costa Solana means Sunny Coast. The name is a promise the property keeps. Set in Sitio Sasahan, Brgy. Bantigue, Pagbilao, the resort opens onto a private stretch of Pagbilao Bay — calm, clear, and quiet enough that you can hear the water from the villas. Costa Solana was built around the rhythms already there: the tide, the wind, the slope of the shoreline, and the working farm next door that supplies the kitchen.
Costa Solana soft-opened in March 2026 and is managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc. (HII), a Filipino hospitality firm with 25+ years of experience and 15+ properties across the country. The property currently operates 22 villas — 4 Family Beach Villas (135 sqm) and 6 Beach Villas (77 sqm) — with the full build of 55 villas opening in phases through early 2027.

DINING
La Cocina, the Farm Next Door, and the Sea
La Cocina is the only Spanish-Filipino farm-to-table restaurant in Pagbilao — and, because it sits twenty meters from the water, it is sea-to-table at the same time. The kitchen is supplied by a neighboring farm under the same ownership — beef, pork, lamb, goat, rabbit, native chicken, quail, duck, and vegetables — and by local fishermen who deliver fresh catches each morning. Cheese, ice cream, and bread are produced in-house. The dining room seats 100 indoors and 30 al fresco with sea views over Pagbilao Bay. La Cocina is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are recommended.
Pools, Beach, and Activities
Two pools sit on the property's edge facing the bay — an adult pool at 7 feet depth and a kiddie pool at 3 feet depth. Both pools are infinity-view and overlook the private beach. They are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Beach access runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The activity menu includes kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, aqua bike, jetski, and island hopping — most often to Borawan Beach, Puting Buhangin, Dampalitan Island, and Kwebang Lampas. Beach sports equipment (badminton, volleyball, beach tennis, frisbee) is complimentary, subject to availability.
The Drive from Manila
Costa Solana is approximately 145 km south of Metro Manila — about 2.5 to 3 hours via SLEX. The route exits at Lucena City and continues roughly 25 km east to Pagbilao. Allow ₱300 to ₱400 for toll fees. The property has 80 complimentary parking slots split between the Reception/Beach view (40) and the Farm view (40).
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 NN.
