Resort House Rules & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request everyone to observe the following guidelines during their stay at the resort.


Pre-Opening Advisory

Our resort is currently in its pre-opening phase, and while we are delighted to welcome you, some facilities, amenities, and services may still be limited as we continue to complete final improvements and operational adjustments.


Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to provide the best possible experience for every guest. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this exciting stage of our development.


Non-Smoking Policy

For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor resort facilities.


Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests found smoking in non-smoking areas may be subject to a cleaning and deodorizing fee to restore the room for the next guest.


Outside Food & Beverage / Corkage Policy

Our restaurant, La Cocina, offers a selection of meals, snacks, and beverages for guests to enjoy throughout the day.


Guests who wish to bring outside food or beverages into the resort will be subject to management approval and corkage fee. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our dining service and overall guest experience.


Visitor Policy

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Registered hotel guests who wish to receive visitors are kindly requested to inform and register their visitors at the Front Desk upon arrival. Visitors may only access designated public or common areas of the resort unless otherwise authorized by management.


For the comfort, privacy, and security of all in-house guests, visitors are allowed only during the resort’s designated visiting hours. Visitors who remain in the resort beyond the permitted visiting hours may be subject to additional charges or applicable overnight guest fees, and prior approval from management may be required.

 

Respect for the Resort and Other Guests

To maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly request guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening and early morning hours.


Activities that may cause disturbance to other guests, including loud music or gatherings, should be avoided or kept at a reasonable level.

 

Safety and Security

For safety reasons, guests are encouraged to keep their room doors locked when leaving the room and to report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the Front Desk immediately.
